Fees and opening hours
Our hours of work are 7:30am till 6pm Monday to Friday. We are also registered to provide overnight care if necessary. (Please note that there will be an increase in fees for this service which will be arranged at the time)
We are open for 48 weeks a year and we endeavour to give notice of our annual holidays 6 months in advance. we are able to provide before and after school care, and we are open during school holidays also.

| Retainer fee for holding a place (optional) | 50% of fees for each week that a place is kept open for the child. This is not a credit against future child minding fees. If you do not wish to pay this then we are unable to guarantee that a place will be available for your child when it is needed. |
| Deposit required to secure placement (not required if paying a retainer fee) | Deposit of £50 is required. This will either be credited to your first monthly statement or forfeited if your child subsequently does not attend our setting. |
Please be mindful that in order for us to ensure the effective and safe running of our setting, the agreed session/daily times must be strictly adhered to. If unforeseen circumstances should arise and a child has to be collected later than the session end time, then please advise us as soon as possible.
In addition if you wish to collect your child earlier or drop off your child later than your usual times, then it would be helpful if you could phone us in advance to let us know, in case we are out with the children at that time.
All fees are inclusive of appropriate meals, snacks and drinks
Full fees are required if a child is absent for any reason during their contracted hours including children’s holidays
No fees will be charged if we are unable to look after your child due to holidays, illness or other unexpected situations
If you fall into arrears with the fees then unfortunately we will not be able to care for your child until the arrears are cleared.
Payments should be paid in advance either weekly or monthly.
Payments can be made by Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer
We are currently registered with Accor Services Birmingham City Council, Carefour & Sodexho Pass e-vouchers, and we are willing to register with other schemes where necessary.
